Russia Still Sell Missiles to Syria

Russia defended his decision to sell air defense systems to the Syrian government. It is not yet clear, whether the District Red Bear will sell S-300 missiles are feared by Israel. 



Related to the sale of S-300, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov did not comment. Many people are quite confident that the sale of S-300 are out of contract and Syria Russian arms trade. Similarly, as reported by the Associated Press on Saturday (05/11/2013).

"Russia is selling weapons it in quite a long time, we also have to sign a contract and complete the process of sending the missile defense system," Lavrov said.

Israel previously had persuaded Russia to cancel the sale of S-300 missiles to Syria for weapons could destabilize the security is considered the Jewish State. United States (U.S.) was worried no-fly zone in Syria would be more difficult to enforce if Syria had such weapons.

As is known, the U.S. and Russia began talking this week to make the perception and search for new solutions to Syria. The move was quite welcomed by the Syrian government, and opposition factions.
