On that occasion, Kim also urged the communist country North Korea in order to respond to queries about the continuation of industrial cooperation and North Korea in Kaesong. Industrial productivity which is run by the two countries had to quit this year because of the feud between the two Koreas.

"Unfortunately, because North Korea did not heed our offer for dialogue, they blamed us in the cessation of activity in the Kaesong complex," said Kim.

As is known, the North conducted missile launches on Saturday and Sunday also reap the comments of the Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN Secretary General) Ban Ki-Moon. Tires that are there in Russia have the same opinion with the South and called the missile launch as a provocative act.

"We are worried by North Korea's provocative stance. I hope they will refrain from that action, they must re-engage in dialogue and defuse tensions that exist," said Ban.
