Japan Want to encircle China

Chinese media harshly criticized the security cooperation between Japan and India which was unveiled right after Prime Minister Manmohan Singh visited Sakura. Defense cooperation is considered as an alliance to encircle China. 

"Through Singh's four-day visit to Japan, the two countries discussed maritime security cooperation. Few days ago, when Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe visited Myanmar, it is clear that the Japanese began to settle game to encircle China," the article in the Global Times, Thursday (05/30/2013).
