Places of Worship Burned

A two-storey mosque burnt in London, England. Investigators suspect the fire was intentional and they find no indication hardliners England not far from the remains of the mosque. 

Fire broke out at approximately 3:15 am British time in Muswell Hill, London, in an area not far from the Islamic Cultural Centre and Al-Rahma Brawani Community Center. The vandalism incident was the first time that happened in 20 years. 

"The mosque was completely destroyed. Residents shocked by what happened, because over the last 20 years the condition of the place is always in a state of peace," said Charity BritSom Somali leader Mohamed Ali, as quoted by The Evening Standard, Thursday (06/06/2013 ).

Approximately 35 firefighters were deployed to tackle the fire which broke out. Police and firefighters said, they took an hour and a half to put out the fire. 

London's Metropolitan Police said it is still investigating the fire. But from about the location, found the symbol English Defense League (EDL), known as right-wing extremists. This group rejected the presence of foreign immigrants coming into the UK.
