Barisan Nasional Lead, Najib Razak was sworn in So Prime Minister Malaysian

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak was sworn in to lead the government in the second period. Najib vows were spoken at the State Palace directly in front of Yang Pertuan Agung Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah.


"I Najib Razak who was appointed prime minister, vowed to carry out my duties as well as possible, to uphold and protect the constitution," said Najib in a procession of swearing, as quoted by AFP on Monday (06/05/2013).

In swearing held at Balai Rong Seri, state court, Najib was accompanied by his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor. Najib repeats procession he had done in 2008. Also present, King Consort Agong Tuanku Hajjah Haminah.

Competition between the coalition government and the opposition in the 13th general election was held with the neighbor country is quite tight. Barisan Nasional managed to secure 133 votes, was denounced by the opposition faction and declared a cheater.
