Discuss Nuclear Iran & Syria, the CIA boss to Israel

Director of the Central Intelligence Agency U.S. (CIA) John Brennan held a meeting with Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon. The meeting between Brennan and the man who is familiarly called "Bogie" was intended to discuss the incidence of civil war in Syria and Iran's nuclear.


Visits the new director of intelligence in Uncle Sam's country, performed two months after President Barack Obama's visit to Israel. The Israeli Defense Ministry is still reluctant to give exposure to the meeting Bogie and Brennan. Similarly, as reported by Haaretz, Friday (05/17/2013).

As is known, the meeting took place right after the Russians announced that they still continue to Syrian missile shield transactions. Red Bear country admitted, they will continue to honor the contract of sale of weapons that have been agreed with the government of President Bashar al-Assad.

Russian statement came days after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited Russia. Netanyahu trying to persuade President Vladimir Putin to cancel the sale of such missiles.

From the first, Israel has always had concerns about the plan to send missile defense system S-300 belongs to Russia to Syria. The Jewish state also has the ambition to stop the smuggling of weapons into Syria.

Earlier this week, Israeli military chief of staff Gen. Benny Gantz said, Israel will not hesitate to take action against Syria if Syria had stepped up to the red line. Israel had already launched air strikes to Damascus in April to destroy the missiles suspected to be shipped to Hezbollah.

While in Washington, President Barack Obama is currently receiving the Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan also hope Russia and the country could break the deadlock in the Syrian conflict. Obama asserted, The U.S. has the right to resolve the issue with the diplomatic and military pressure, when necessary.
