Bombed Boston, U.S. Intel cheated?

Bombing incident that happened in the middle of the marathon in Boston, United States (U.S.) led to shock. Boston authorities said he did not get any warning about these attacks. 

Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis stressed that it was
not yet ready to declare the current state is safe. He also claimed that the attack occurred without warning. 

"There is no intelligence report said the attack would happen," Davis said, as quoted by the Associated Press, Tuesday (04/16/2013). 

Shortly after the explosion occurred 

Davis's statement could be inviting questions over the ability of U.S. intelligence to track the threat of attack in the country today. Especially for Obama, the attacks that occurred in the region itself as a blow to the ranks of the security forces under his control. 

Previously, Obama prioritize domestic security agenda during the second period of his reign. The agenda includes the control of weapons circulating in the land of Uncle Sam. 

U.S. government called the bombing as a terrorist attack. But they do not know who was behind the bomb attack that damages implementing the Boston marathon.
